Our mission at Koula is simple but powerful: to make life easier for women.
We believe that women shouldn’t have to “push through” pain to prove their strength. Instead, we deserve tools that honor our bodies and help us feel our best, naturally and safely. With our period cramp belt massager and heater, we’re not just offering a product. We’re building a community where women support each other, share their stories, and remind one another that they’re not alone.
At Koula, we celebrate womanhood in all its complexity. We want every woman, no matter her age, background, or journey, to feel included, empowered, and cared for. Because being a woman is a lot, and together, we can make it a little easier.
Our Story
At Koula, we know firsthand that being a woman is powerful, but it’s not always easy. From responsibilities at school, work, and home, to the silent battles we fight with our own bodies, women carry a lot.
One of the biggest struggles for many of us is period pain, a struggle that too often goes unnoticed or minimized.
For me, this journey is personal. I’ve dealt with debilitating cramps for as long as I can remember. On my worst days, even getting out of bed to go to school or work felt nearly impossible. The only relief I found was through strong pills, but deep down I knew that it wasn’t the kind of solution I wanted to give my body. I longed for something natural, effective, and kind.
That’s when the idea of Koula was born.
When I first tried our belt massager and heating solution that truly worked, I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself. Every woman deserves comfort, relief, and the freedom to move through her day without being held back by cramps.
Koula is my way of sharing that solution and of creating a space where women can feel understood, supported, and celebrated.
